3,500 sq. ft. of a lovingly restored historic barn surrounded by 9 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. A custom designed prep kitchen and a large intimate bar completes the setting.

The elegant 840 square ft chapel, formerly an old grainery, has been masterfully restored to accommodate smaller gatherings perfect for Elopements, Boutique Weddings and Vow Renewals. Vintage stained glass windows and four chandeliers create an atmosphere you can only dream of!
Studio 1864 is an industrial-modern event space with indoor & outdoor views of Mt. Emily. The space can hold 175 people standing and provides a comfortable atmosphere with ambient lighting, natural light and glass roll-up doors. A beautiful custom bar was created for coffee service and/or bar service to provide beverages to guests.

The Farmhouse
A charming home away from home for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready and stay for the weekend. This cozy retreat features four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and beautiful vintage details that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing, getting ready, and making memories together throughout your wedding weekend.
The Quarters
A swanky space with a subtle western edge, the Groomsmen Quarters is the perfect place to relax and kick off the wedding day. Designed for comfort and style, it’s an ideal spot for the guys to mingle, enjoy a drink, play cards, and get ready together. With a laid-back yet polished atmosphere, this space sets the tone for a memorable day ahead.
