How big is the WHITE BARN?
The barn is 3,500 sq. ft. There is also an additional 9 acres of property, including multiple ceremony sites perfect for weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, concerts, and other special events.
What is the total capacity?
Indoor Seated Capacity is 300 . Outdoor Seated Capacity is 500.
What months are available for booking?
While we’re open for tours anytime during the year, our event season is from February to November – weather permitting.
Where is the barn located?
Conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown La Grande, our venue offers a convenient location close enough to town, but far enough to feel as if you’re in the country. Our address is 62788 Hunter Road La Grande, OR 97850.
Does WHITE BARN provide tables and chairs for events?
We provide 2 large picnic tables and 20 – 6’ benches and a custom built bar. We are not yet offering tables and chairs with the venue rental package. Please see our ‘Rentals’ under our vendor partners page for information on where to source tables, chairs, and other event accessories from local vendors.
Can we bring our own vendors or caterers?
While we have a list of preferred vendors who we feel are the best for the barn, great at what they do, and can bring out the best of your event, we are not opposed to working with you on accommodating a vendor who may be new to us. Please have your caterers, if not offered through the barn, contact us for requirements and serving guidelines at WHITE BARN.
Can I bring my own beverages, including alcohol?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring beverages. However, please see the question below for more information on alcohol.
Can I serve my alcohol at the WHITE BARN event venue?
You will need a licensed bartender and security in order to serve guests at your event.
